TURTLE ISLAND SURFING
One of our favorite tour for surfers …
Day 1
Your personal driver will pick you up at the Lungi International Airport and take you to your hotel in the center of Freetown with the speedboat. Settle into your hotel before exploring the surrounding area and dining in one of the many restaurants in the city.
Day 2
Freetown City Tour- After breakfast, accompanied by our guide, you head into Freetown to look around the vibrant city and make a sweep through its historical core. During this day, visit also the Chimpanzee Sanctuary in Tacugama, where more than 100 primates found heaven.
Day 3
Visit to Turtle Island – Turtle Islands is a collection of various smaller beautiful Islands in the Atlantic Ocean which made it one of the most perfect pictures of tropical paradise in the South of Sierra Leone. They are carved out by gorgeous white sand beaches and blessed with blue water that is always amazing to visitors. Turtle Islands is however, also known for its surfing activities. Overnight stay on the island.
Day 4
Visit to Banana Island – After a short boat trip, enjoy the scenic paradise of the island. A welcome lunch will be offered to you. Swimming, scuba diving or kayaking (not included) are some of the many activities you can do in Banana Island. Go back to your hotel in Freetown.
Day 5
Say goodbye to Sierra Leone. Your guide will take you to the Airport (car and speedboat).
In this package, you can decide to stay longer in Turtle Island for surfing. Please ask us to organize this for you.
